This is the smaller of the two bedrooms. I really like the pale blue colour of the walls.

I really like to take detail shots of the property. It’s good for serviced accommodations, hotels and interior designers

The weather was partly cloudy, with the clouds moving in and out quite fast. This can pose technical problems. As I photograph with natural light and the exteriors are typically much, much brighter than the interior, I take a number of shots with different exposures (“bracketing” is the term photographers use) I later combine in Photoshop. When clouds move in and out as the exposure can change in the middle of my “bracket”. The solution is patience and bracketing as fast as possible.

Kitchen amenities. Tricky to photograph with all of the reflecting surfaces. You don’t want to see your reflection in there.

Given that potential customers can only judge the flat by the pictures on Booking.com or Airbnb, it is important to have very good quality photographs to showcase your serviced accommodation.
