This lovely two bedroom serviced accommodation on Chambers Street, Old Town is located in, not surprisingly, the oldest part of Scotland’s capital city, Edinburgh. It is right across one of the many attractions in the Old Town, the National Museum of Scotland. I photographed this flat for Lions Head Properties. It was the second serviced accommodation I photographed for them.
Master bedroom with neutral tones and pastel colour paletteReal estate agents don’t need detail photographs, but many serviced accommodation owners like to show details of their properties.Second bedroom. What you see through the window is the National Museum of ScotlandSame second bedroom from a point of view that shows the wardrobeEntrance hallway. The master bedroom is straight up (you may recognise the desk through the open door) and the second bedroom is immediately to the right (you can see the light coming through the open door). You get a glimpse of the living room trough the glass
Because of the its central location, this serviced accommodation on Chambers Street Old Town is a money maker. After a renovation, the owners understood the need to showcase the new look of their property with professional photography. I’m sure they recouped their investment in my services very quickly.

I resize the images appropriately for web applications, but I also provide my clients with the full resolution photographs. The latter are best for printed materials.
