I photographed this two bedroom serviced accommodation on Gardner’s Crescent, Fountainbridge for Edinburgh Flats. The property is modern and quite centrally located. About a fifteen minute walj to Princes Street, Edinburgh’s main shopping street. You can also go for a walk along the Union Canal which is only a few minutes away.
This two bedroom flat is quite popular with contractors. Serviced accommodations are not just for holiday makers, a big part of the market is contractors in Edinburgh for a short while on assignment. The reason I know contractors enjoy this flat is that I began to photograph the place just before a new set of tenants were set to arrive and I got to meet them as I finished my assignment.
The weather was overcast on the day of the shoot, bathing the main living space with beautiful soft light. The white curtains in the master bedroom further diffused the light going the room a beautiful high key atmosphere. The property was a real pleasure to photograph.

The second bedroom is not quite as spacious, but very comfortable nevertheless.
