I photographed this two bedroom serviced accommodation on Atholl Crescent Lane, West End, for Adaero Property. According to Wikipedia:
“The West End of Edinburgh, Scotland, forms a large part of the city centre. The West End boasts many of the city’s arts venues, such as the Usher Hall, the Filmhouse, the Royal Lyceum and the Traverse Theatre. The Village hosts art festivals and crafts fairs.
The northern half of the West End lies in Edinburgh’s World Heritage Site, of which it makes up a fair proportion. As can be inferred by its inclusion in this, this area of the city contains many buildings of great architectural beauty, primarily long rows and crescents of Georgian terraced houses.”
Atholl Crescent Lane is a side street in the West End that is away from the main traffic and very quiet. An ideal location for a holiday break. You are very close to a lot of the attractions Edinburgh has to offer and yet, you will be able to get a good night sleep.
It is really important for serviced accommodation providers to market their properties with professional photos. The images are the only way potential customers can get an idea of how the property looks like, since they can’t visit before making a booking online. It may be even more important these days as the competition is likely to get fierce. And the expense isn’t that great. Two of three extra bookings cover the price of hiring a photographer. Don’t you think you can get a few more bookings every year with professional photos?
